IPods, cell phones, and all other electronic devices are not to be brought to camp. Camp Weredale is not responsible for lost, broken or stolen items.
Camp Weredale would love to have you visit. We do not however provide transportation. Please call ahead of time to let us know if you are coming!
You may call to find out how your child is progressing at Camp Weredale and we will gladly pass on a message to your child that you have called. However, we don’t allow campers to use the phone. If the case of an emergency back home, we will locate your child and have them call you back. We encourage campers to not use the phones either.
Camp fees are based on a sliding scale where applicable or as needed.
Camp Weredale is a co-ed camp with campers aged 6 – 17 years old. Also, our R.E.A.L Team is comprised of 15 – 17-year-olds. All campers are divided into cabins based on their age group and gender.
There are no stores near our camp, so there is really no need to send your child with money. However, Camp Weredale does sell items such as hooded sweatshirts at a cost of $30.00. If you wish to purchase any of these items, please let the director know at the time of registration that you are sending your child with money for whichever specific item(s).
